<p align="justify"> <span>近日，南京市江宁区司法局多措并举，积极开展“送法进小区·百千万工程”法治宣传活动，推进新时代“枫桥经验”在基层一线焕发新的生命力。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span> </p>
<p align="justify"> <span>深入社区，探索调解新途径。东虹花苑是拆迁安置房小区，老年人口多、外来人口多、居住年限久，问题纠纷复杂。东善桥司法所积极深入小区宣传新时代“枫桥经验”，发放讲解《人民调解法》及《江苏省人民调解条例》《江苏省公共法律服务条例》，引导居民下载注册“苏解纷”<span lang="EN-US">APP</span>，关注“江宁司法”“江宁普法”微信公众号，通过“新媒体<span lang="EN-US">+</span>”途径，为居民提供法律咨询服务，排查潜在矛盾，将矛盾纠纷化解在基层一线。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span> </p>
<p align="justify"> <span>广泛聚合，创新构建新阵地。依托区级“援法议事”平台、村居公共法律服务室，创新“<span lang="EN-US">1+12+N</span>”模式，即，由社区民调主任牵头，“法律明白人”、人民调解员及老干部、老党员、退役军人、妇女、乡贤、居民等代表<span lang="EN-US">12</span>人，与<span lang="EN-US">N</span>个政法网格员组建形成专业团队，将调解服务送到“群众的家门口”，实现简易纠纷、一般纠纷、复杂纠纷多元化解，最大限度地将矛盾纠纷解决在基层。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span> </p>
<p align="justify"> <span>继承发展，引领展望新未来。扎根一线、贴近群众，全面构筑诉调对接服务体系，凝聚基层多元解纷合力，搭建居民之间的沟通桥梁，更加快速高效地化解社会矛盾纠纷，把新时代“枫桥经验”继承好发展好，让“枫桥经验”在江宁焕发新的时代活力。</span> </p>
